| Basically, what you need to backup is you Project.dwj file and Projects folder. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Please go to “C:/Program Files/Dynamic/SEO Suite V8”
2. Find project.dwj file and copy it to a save place (your usb drive or external drive. You can create a different folder for each computer)
3. Find Projects folder, copy them to a save place (your usb drive or external drive. You can create a different folder for each computer)
4. That’s it for backing up.
For Restoring,
1. Reinstall the program into the fresh PC (you can download the installer from http://www.apexpacific.com/software/seosetup.exe ).
2. Register the program by going to Help/Register
3. Close the program and copy back the files above to the same directory. The project.dwj and Projects folder needs to be located in “C:/Program Files/Dynamic/SEO Suite V8”
If you’re restoring to a custom folder, The project.dwj and Projects folder needs to be located in “custom folder”
If You’re running Windows Vista or above, you need to run as an Administrator, to do that:
1. Right Click on the Mail Communicator Icon.
2. Select Properties
3. Change the tab to Compatibility
4. Tick the box that says Run the program as Administrator and hit OK to save. |
