You will need the following information from your ( ISP ) Internet Service Provider or ( LAN ) Local Area Network administrator:

SMTP mail server (outgoing mail server) information is required to send emails. If your SMTP mail server requires authentication in form of username and password please supply them. You can also set the server timeout, idle time and how many message to send before continue. Click Next> to proceed.
